Soul Work.

A Weekly Psycho-Educational Group for Healing, Deconditioning, and Soul Reconnection

Why Join This Group?

Soul Work is a live, educational group experience designed to help you reconnect with your soul by understanding how conditioning, colonization, trauma, and survival patterns fragment the self. This is not surface-level self-help. This is structured soul education that helps you see clearly, remember who you are, and begin doing deeper inner work from an informed place.

Each month explores a single theme through a decolonized, psychological, and soul-centered lens. Each week builds on the last, guiding participants from awareness to integration.

This is a space to learn, reflect, and reconnect. Not to be fixed. Not to be rushed. Not to perform healing.

FEBRUARY THEME: LOVE

Love is one of the most conditioned experiences we have. In this month, we slow it down and examine love beyond romance, fantasy, trauma bonds, and colonial narratives.

Weekly Lessons:

2/5 – Rise of the Feminine Divine
(7pm Via Zoom)

Defining femininity, masculinity, and inner union
We explore how distorted gender roles and power dynamics fracture the soul, and what inner balance actually looks like beyond cultural conditioning.

2/19 – The Lesson of Relationship
(7pm Via Zoom)

Soul contracts, relationship types, and why people come into our lives
This session breaks down relational patterns, karmic lessons, and the purpose relationships serve in soul development.

2/26 – The Love of Self
(7pm Via Zoom)

Deconstructing and decolonizing self-love. We dismantle performative self-love and reconnect to self-love as remembrance, sovereignty, and soul integrity.

“Liberation is not given; it’s reclaimed. When we dismantle the narratives imposed on us, we awaken to the infinite possibilities of our own power and potential.”

— Octavia Brown, LCSW-C
